This is an application for condonation of delay caused in filing the second appeal.

Mr. Vyawahare, learned counsel for the respondent has objected to the condonation of delay on the ground that the delay is not bonafidely explained.

I have perused the cause title in the application. 4.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, the delay of 22 days in preferring the second appeal stands condoned, subject to depositing costs of Rs.1,000/- with the Family Court Bar Association, Nagpur within a period of two weeks from today.
