By the present Application, early hearing is sought on the count that there are concurrent findings of the courts below. Similar such Application was moved, which came to be rejected by this Court vide order dated 22/3/2019. The reason was of pendency of Appeals. Scenario has not changed. This Court is dealing the Appeals of the year 2005, 2007. The Appeal under question has been filed in the year 2017. It may not be, therefore, possible to hear the Appeal out of turn.

Civil Application is accordingly rejected.
