This is an application for bringing on record the legal heirs of the respondent no.3, who died on 3.11.2023. The particulars of his legal heirs have been provided in paragraph 2 of the application. The application is within limitation. Hence, the application is allowed. 3.

The appellant is allowed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.3. The amendment be made within a week from today.

After amendment, issue notice to the newly added respondents, returnable within four weeks.
