Sukhadeo S/O Gopala Pawar (Dead) Through Lrs. Vinod S/O Sukhdeo Pawar And Others v. Prakash S/O Waman Ekade

CAS No. 144/2024 in Second Appeal No. 591/2007 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated :22.02.2024 This application is taken out for deletion of names of appellant no.1C and Appellant No.2 from the record. It is stated in the application that the appellant no. 1C died on 01/12/2023 and her legal heirs are already on record i.e.

appellant no. 1A- Vinod Sukhdeo Pawar and appellant no. 1-B Santosh Sukhdeo Pawar. As regards appellant no.2Prayagbai Namdeo Pawar, it is stated that she died on 13.09.2021 and her only legal heir is on record i.e. appellant no.3 Digambar Namdeo Pawar. Copies of death certificates of appellant no. 1C and appellant no.2 are annexed with the application. Thus, the counsel for appellants wants to delete names of appellant no. 1C and appellant no.2 as their legal heirs are already on record.

In view of above, the appellants are permitted to delete the names of appellant no. 1C and appellant no.2 from the array of appellants, at the risk of the appellants.
