No. 213/2026 in Second Appeal No. 547/2012 Coram : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) Dated : 26/03/2026 This application is filed by the legal representatives of appellant No.3 for bringing their names as legal heirs of deceased Appellant No.3 - Pratibha W/o Bharat Kawale on record. It is stated in the application that Appellant No.1 died on 07.08.2024. The copy of death certificate is enclosed with application. Hence, the Lrs of Appellant No.3 pray for bringing their names as legal heirs of deceased Appellant No.3 on record.

It appears that the Appellant No.3 expired on 07.08.2024 i.e. during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 11.11.2024 i.e. within the time stipulated and right to sue survives. Hence, the application is allowed. Permission is granted to the applicants to bring their names as legal heirs of the deceased Appellant No.3 on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
