According to the applicant, the aforesaid respondent is residing at the given address which is also mentioned in the application. Therefore, the applicant wants to serve the respondent by R.P.A/d.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is allowed to serve the aforesaid respondent by R.P.A/d, through Court, returnable within Six weeks.

The applicant to furnish necessary R.P.A/d postage.
