Purushottam Chandrabhandji Nagarpure v. Namdeo Shankar Khadake And Another

CAS No. 252/2024 in Second Appeal No. 386/2017 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated :04.04.2024 This application is filed by the applicant for bringing them as legal heirs of deceased appellant - Purushottam Chandrabhanji Nagpure on record. It is stated in the application that the appellant expired on 11.12.2023 leaving behind his legal heirs as mentioned in the application. Hence it is necessary to bring LRs of deceased appellant on record as right to sue survives. The application is supported by affidavit.

As stated in the application on affidavit, appellant passed away on 11.12.2023 and the present application for bringing LR's of the deceased is filed on 26.02.2024 i.e. within time and right to sue survives. Hence, the application is allowed. LR's of aforesaid deceased appellant be brought on record.

Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the appeal memo.
