CAS No. 271/2024 in Second Appeal No. 543/2018 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated :04.04.2024 This application is filed by the applicant for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent no.2- Ravindra Keshavrao Ingolkar on record. It is stated in the application that the respondent no.2 expired on 27.11.2023 leaving behind his legal heirs as mentioned in the application. Hence it is necessary to bring LRs of the deceased respondent on record as right to sue survives. The application is supported by affidavit.

It is seen that as mentioned in the legal heirs certificate dated 02.01.2024 issued by the Police Patil, Mahagaon (K), Tq. Darwha, District, Yavatmal, annexed with the application, the aforesaid respondent passed away on 27.11.2023 and the present application for bringing LR's of the deceased is filed on 30.01.2024 i.e. within time and right to sue survives. Hence, the application is allowed. LR's of aforesaid deceased respondent be brought on record.

Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the appeal memo.
