By the present applications, Applicant - Sharad Nilkanthrao Deshmukh, the legal representative of Appellant No.2 - Sau.Sudhabai w/o Nilkanth Deshmukh prays to get his name on record as appellant by setting aside the order of abatement. There is delay of 5 months and 17 days in filing application for bringing LRs of deceased Sudhabai and for setting aside abatement. 5.

For the reasons stated in the applications, applications are allowed as prayed for.

Delay in filing application to bring on record the legal representatives of Appellant No.2 is condoned. 7.

The appellants shall bring on record the name of applicant as legal representative of Appellant No.2. 8.
