In the judgment dated 02/01/2024 in Second Appeal No.614/2005, in Clause (2), the word '3rd' be substituted to word '2nd', similarly in Clause (4) the word 'R.C.A. No.18/2008' be corrected as word 'R.C.A. No.18/2003' and also in 2nd line of Clause (4) the word 'Civil Application No.1403/2013' be substituted as the word 'Civil Application No.1404/2023.

Necessary correction be carried out and corrected order be uploaded.
