This is an application for grant of stay to the execution of Judgment and Decree of the Trial Court. 2.

Considering the fact that the applicants are in possession of the suit property, it would be proper to grant ad-interim stay to the execution of impugned Judgment and Decree in terms of prayer clause (ii).

There shall be interim stay in terms of prayer clause (ii).
