Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application filed by the appellants for substitution of legal representatives of deceased sole respondent on record.

In view of the reasons given in the application and no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, permission to bring legal representatives of deceased respondent on record is granted.

4.

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week.

5.

Mr. Madhur Deo, learned counsel waives service of notice on behalf of legal representatives of the deceased respondent.

The civil application stands disposed of. No costs.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application filed by the appellants for showing appellant no.2-C as Major in the description of appellant no.2-C in the array of appellants and for discharge of Guardian mother.

A copy of birth certificate of appellant no.2-C Ku. Anchal D/o Maheshkumar Eratwar is filed on record along with a pursis stamp No.2 of 2025 filed by the learned counsel for appellant no.2-C which shows that her date of birth is 05.02.2004 and she is major now.

4.

Considering the birth certificate of appellant no.2-C, the application is allowed.

5.

Appellant no.2-C Ku. Anchal Maheshkumar Eratwar is permitted to be shown as Major in the description and her guardian mother is discharged .

6.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. No costs.
