By the present application the appellant prayed that Mr. Atul s/o. Wasudeorao Mawale, the subsequent purchaser be added as party respondent No.2. The prayer being reasonable, but subject to rigor of Section 52 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out within seven working days.

Amended copy be served on other side.
