C.A.S. NO. 378/2024 IN SECOND APPEAL NO. 464/2023 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 17/04/2025 This application is taken out for grant of permission to supply correct address of R.Nos. 3(d and f). It is stated in the application that aforesaid respondents received back unserved for want of correct address. Thus, the applicant prays for supplying correct address of aforesaid respondents. The same is allowed, necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable by four weeks.

C.A.S. No. 379/2024 in S.A. No. 464/2023 This application is taken out for grant of permission to delete the name of R.No. 3(a) from the array of parties.

It is stated in the application that the aforesaid respondent is dead. Therefore, the appellant prays for deletion of the name of the said deceased respondent.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The appellants are permitted to delete the name of aforesaid respondent at their own risk.

In the meantime, A.G.P. to file memo for R.Nos. 5 and 6.
