CAS NO. 444/2024 in Second Appeal No. 252/2012 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated : 27.06.2024 This application is filed by the applicants for bringing them as legal heirs of deceased appellant- Manikrao Wadguji Waghdhare on record. It is stated that during the pendency of the present matter, the said appellant passed away on 22.02.2024 leaving behind his legal heirs as mentioned in the application.

The application is supported by affidavit. The death certificate is enclosed with the application.

It is seen that the appellant passed away on 22.02.2024 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 06.05.2024 i.e.

within time stipulated and right to sue survives. Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to bring the legal heirs of the aforesaid deceased appellant on record. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the appeal. (D.P.
