By the present application, the applicant seeks to deposit costs of Rs.25,000/- imposed by this Court vide order dated 09.05.2024.

The contention is that there are as many as four respondents and respondent no. 8 has died. There are five legal heirs of the deceased respondent no. 8. There is no reference in the order of the Court regarding how much amount is to be given to each of the respondents.

In view of the above, the appellant is permitted to deposit costs of Rs.25,000/- in this Court. Out of Rs.25,000/-, the respondent nos. 5, 6, 7 and 9 are RR Jaiswal

The application is disposed of accordingly.
