It is stated in the application that R.No. 1 expired on 28/05/2022.

Hence, the applicants pray for bringing legal heirs of deceased R.No. 1 on record.

It is seen that the R.No. 1 has expired on 28/05/2022 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 21/10/2024 i.e.

within time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the applicants to bring the legal heirs of the deceased R. No. 1 on record.

Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
