For the reasons mentioned in the applications, the applications are allowed. Since right to sue survives in favour of the proposed legal heirs of the deceased appellant Nos.5 and 11, therefore, permission to bring the legal heirs of appellant Nos.5 and 11 on record is granted.

The civil applications stand disposed of accordingly. 5.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
