Shri P. V. Dandwate, learned counsel for proposed legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 8 has no objection to allow the applications. Therefore, the delay in filing the application for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent no.8 on record is condoned. 3.

Since, right to sue survives against the legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 8 hence, permission to bring their names on record is granted.
