It is fact that sale-deed dated 27.6.2023 is executed by respondent in favour of proposed respondent Smt. Nisha w/o. Deshraj Ganvir. Therefore, application deserves to be allowed.

The application is allowed, as prayed.

Amendment be carried out forthwith.
