This is an application for grant of stay to the execution of the Judgment and decree of the First Appellate Court.

Perused the application and the Judgments of both Courts.

Learned advocate for the applicants submits that if the stay is not granted, very purpose of filing of this appeal would frustrate.

Considering this important aspect, it would be proper to stay the execution of the Judgment and decree in counter claim in Regular Civil Suit No.69/2011 dated
