This is an application filed by the respondent for disposal of the appeal.

Learned advocate for the applicants pointed out the correspondence dated 24/01/2022 in which it is communicated that entire amount along with interest as per the demand notice is paid. The very purpose of this appeal is, therefore over. Therefore, there is no substance in continuing the appeal.

Considering this aspect, this application deserves to be allowed.

Application is allowed as prayed and the appeal is disposed of.
