The prayer No.1 of this application is allowed and Registry is directed to pay the amount of Rs.36,000/- to the respondents.

As far as prayer No.2 is concerned, Registry is directed to verify and calculate the amount and pay it to the respondents along with interest accrued thereon. 8.
