On perusal of the bailiff report dated 26.04.2024, the name of respondent no.6 as Sakhubai Namdeo Hatware is her maiden name and the said respondent has accepted the notice.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to carry out amendment in the cuase title of the respondent no. 6.
