Thus, the applicant wants to delete the name of appellant no.1 from the array of the appellants. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to delete the name of appellant no.1 from the array of appellants, at the risk of the appellants. Necessary amendment be carried out.
