This is an application for grant of stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and decree of the trial Court.

Perused the application.

Heard learned Advocates of both sides.

Learned Advocate for the appellants agreeable to deposit amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in this Court within a week.

5.

If the said amount is deposited within a week, there shall be stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and decree of the trial Court, in terms of prayer clause (a) of this application.

6.

Inform the execution Court accordingly.

Considering the peculiar set of facts, it would be proper to keep the amount in fixed deposit and the

If the said amount is not deposited within a week, the stay granted by this Court deemed to be vacated without any further order.

As per the submissions of both sides, the appeal be fixed for final hearing on 5.9.2024. 10.
