1293/2022 came to be allowed by the Hon'ble Court for bringing legal heirs of appellant nos. 2, 3 and respondent no.9 on record. It is stated that after making amendment, it is noticed that there are some spelling mistake in the names of legal heirs of appellant no.

2(i), 3(i), 3(ii), 3(iii) 3(iv), 3(v), 3(vi), 3(ix) and 3(x). Thus, the applicant wants to make necessary corrections in the names of the aforesaid legal heirs of the appellants as mentioned in the application.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to correct the names of aforesaid legal heirs of the appellants in the cuase title of the appeal memo.
