Learned Advocate for the appellants and respondents submit that the matter is likely to be settled between the parties.

They all submit that Talathi of village Susundra, Tahsil Karanja Ghadge, District Wardha is likely to effect mutation entry which will create further complications.

Therefore, Talathi of village Susundra, Tahsil Karanja Ghadge, District Wardha is directed not to change the revenue record as per the judgment of the trial Court till further orders of this Court regarding property Survey Nos.227/2, Survey No.227/3 and Survey No.227/4. 4.

Learned Advocate for the appellant is directed to communicate the order to concerned.
