It is stated in the application that the notice issued to R. No.3 received back unserved as noticee was not present at the time of service. Thus, the petitioner want to serve aforesaid respondent by affixing the notice on the house of R.No.3.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon respondent No.

3 by affixing copies of notice on some conspicuous part of his last known address as per Order 5 Rule 20(1) of C.P.C.

returnable within five weeks from the date of affixing.
