CAS No. 844/2024 in Second Appeal No. 454/2023 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated :03.10.2024 This application is taken out for permission to supply correct address of respondent nos. 2(d) and 6. That, the notices issued to the aforesaid respondents returned back unserved for want of correct address. Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct address of aforesaid respondents as mentioned in the present application. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents on the address mentioned in the application, returnable within six weeks.

Second Appeal No. 454/2023 Pursis St. No. 3/2024, Dtd: 23.09.2024 By way of this Pursis it is stated that respondent no.1 is reported to be dead and her legal heirs are already on record and thus the appellant wants to delete the name of respondent no.1.

In view of above, the appellant is permitted to delete the name of respondent no.1 from the array of respondents, at the risk of the appellant. Necessary amendment be carried out.
