. 10 .20 This application is taken out for grant of permission to serve respondent no.2 by R.P.A.D / Speed Post. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to the respondent no.2 received back unserved as the noticee was not present at home at the time of service since door was locked. The applicant further states the aforesaid respondent is residing on the given address. In order to expedite the matter, the applicant wants to serve the aforesaid respondent by RPAD.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in the interest of justice. The applicant is permitted to serve respondent no.2 by R.P.A/d. through Court, on the given address, returnable within six weeks after issuance of notice.

The applicant to furnish necessary R.P.A/d postage.
