JANUARY 16, 2026 1) There is a delay of 21 days caused in filing the Second Appeal. The respondent though served has not entered appearance. It is stated that the applicant was suffering from 'Chikungunya' and therefore, appeal could not be filed within prescribed period of limitation.

2) In view of the aforesaid, application for condonation is stands allowed.
