That, for want of detailed address, notices to respondent nos. 1 to 4 could not be served. Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct address of aforesaid respondents and also furnishing correct address of respondent nos. 5 to 8 since their addresses are not correct, as mentioned in the present application.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid unserved respondents on the address mentioned in the application, returnable within six weeks.
