CAS No. 1009/2024 In Second Appeal No. 294/2024 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated : 25.11.2024 Taken on today's Board This application is filed for grant of permission to correct surname and address of respondent no. 7 and so also for correcting address of respondent no. 15. It is stated in the application that the surname of respondent no. 7 has been wrongly mentioned as 'Chandbahar' instead of 'Chatbar' and the address of the said respondent is also wrongly mentioned as 'Idgarhbhattapura', Raipur instead of 'Idgahbhata', Raipur. The applicant also wants to amend the address of respondent no.15 as mentioned in the present application. Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct surname and address of respondent no.7 and also correct address of respondent no.15. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

Thereafter office to issue notices to the aforesaid respondents on the address mentioned in the application, returnable on 18.12.2024.
