It is stated in the application that when the matter was referred for mediation on the joint request of the parties in the matter, it was revealed during the mediation that the respondent no.2 is commonly known as 'Meherunnisa Usman Khan' and the same name also appears in her Aadhar Card. The Aadhar Card is enclosed with the present application. Thus, the applicants prays to grant permission to incorporate the name of respondent no.2 as "Khatunbi alias Mehrunnissa Usmankha".

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter as regards respondent no.2.
