It is stated that the aforesaid respondents are no more and since they were trustees of Shri Sant Maroti Maharaj Makner, their names are required to be deleted. Thus, the applicant wants to delete the names of aforesaid respondents from the array of the respondents. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to delete names of respondent nos.

1,5,7,11,14 and 16 from the array of the respondents, at the risk of the appellant.

Necessary amendment be carried out.
