CAS No. 1086/2024 in Second Appeal No. 79/2022 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated :02.01.2025 This application is taken out for permission to supply correct address of respondent nos.1, 2, 3, 4A to 4C, 5 and 7.

That, the notice issued to the aforesaid respondent nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 returned back unserved for want of correct address. Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct address of aforesaid respondents as mentioned in the present application. The application is supported by affidavit. It appears that vide order dated 30.06.2023 of the Hon'ble Court, the name of respondent no.3 came to be deleted as the said respondent was unserved.

Since, the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid unserved respondents on the address mentioned in the application, returnable within six weeks. Necessary amendment be carried out as regards proposed respondent nos. 4A to 4C in CAS No. 1084/2024, if required.

Second Appeal No. 79/2022 As per the office note, the appellant has filed CAS Nos. 1082/2024, 1083/2024 & 1084/2024 for bringing legal heirs of respondent no.4, however, death certificate of respondent no.4 has not been filed.

The appellant to file death certificate of deceased respondent no.4. S.O. Two weeks.
