The present application is filed for grant of extension of time for completion of 7-A Enquiry Proceeding.

It appears that, by order dated 15/11/2021, this Court had partly allowed the LPA No. 514/2012 and thereby the matter was remitted back to office of Provident Fund Commissioner, Nagpur to decide the matter of 7-A enquiry afresh in the light of observations made by this Court in the said order.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for respondent no. 1 that due to subsequent events, the enquiry could not be concluded within a prescribed period. As such, the time needs to be extended for another six months. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The six months' time is extended to complete the necessary enquiry.

Further, the parties are directed to co-operate by supplying necessary documents as per direction. 6.
