CAC No. 13/2024 in Civil Revision Application No. 118/2022 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated : 23.01.2024 This application is taken out for grant of permission to convert status of respondent nos. 4 and 5 from minor to major and for deletion of name of their guardian. It is stated in the application that presently age of respondent no. 4 is 28 years and the age of respondent no. 5 is 20 years. Copies of leaving certificates and Aadhar Cards of the aforesaid respondents are annexed with the applicants. On perusal of the certificates, the date of birth of respondent no. 4 Vishal Pandurang Deole is 26.06.1994 and date of birth of respondent no. 5 Chetan Narendra Deole is 21.01.2002, hence they are attained the majority. The guardian of the aforesaid respondents is reported to be dead. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the CRA as against respondent nos. 4 and 5 as major and delete the name of their guardian. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within six weeks.
