By this application, the applicant wants to add the legal heirs of original defendant No.5 as respondent Nos.7 to 9.

It is contened that the original defendant No.5 died and his legal representatives have already been brought on record in the suit. However, due to death of defendant No.5, defendant No.5 has not impleaded in revision application. Therefore, the legal heirs of original defendant No.5 have sought to be impleaded as respondent Nos.7 to 9.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week.
