By the order dated 04.05.2023, this court has granted stay to the effect and operation of order dated 20.02.2023 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Umarkhed, District-Yavatmal.

The contention is that now applicant no.3 - Balayya Kishtyya Durgamwar is fencing some area of the road thereby reducing the width of the road on which, by the impugned order, the road of way to the respondent nos.5 to 8 has been granted.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he has no instructions from applicant no.3 - Balayya Kishtyya Durgamwar and he will be sending legal notice to him for withdrawing his Vakalatnama.

In that scenario, applicant no.3 - Balayya Kishtyya Durgamwar shall maintain status-quo, till hearing of this application.

The respondents to communicate the order to applicant no.3 - Balayya Kishtyya Durgamwar.

On the request of learned counsel for the applicants, stand over after two weeks to file the reply. 7.
