The applicant has filed this application for condonation of delay of 62 days which is caused in filing the present civil revision application. The learned Advocate for the applicant has submitted that the applicant was hospitalized earlier in K.E.M. Hospital, Pune and thereafter at Platina Heart Hospital, Nagpur and the husband of the applicant who was the power of attorney holder was taking care of her and, therefore, there is delay. Considering the reasons stated in the application delay of 62 days is condoned. Registry is directed to register the civil revision application.

After registration of the civil revision application, issue notice to the non-applicant for admission, returnable on 8.8.2025. 4.
