Civil Application (C) No.59/2024 is made for setting aside the abatement and Civil Application (C) No.60/2024 is made for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1. Respondent No.1 died on 12th March, 2024.

Learned advocate for the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 submits that the Court may pass an appropriate order.

In view of this, the applications are allowed. 4.
The abatement of the revision application qua respondent No.1 is set aside.

The applicant is allowed to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 on record. They be arrayed as respondent Nos.1(A) to 1(F).

The applications stand disposed of, accordingly. CIVIL REVISION APPLICATION NO. 32 OF 2023 7.
Amendment/correction be carried out within one week.
