That the notices issued to the aforesaid respondents are received back unserved for want of correct jurisdiction. It is stated that the offices of the aforesaid respondents are located at Hyderabad, Telangana. Thus, the applicant seeks permission to serve the respondents by all modes as permissible under the law including email service. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed partly. The applicant is only permitted to serve the aforesaid respondents by R.P.A/d. through Court, on the given address, returnable within six weeks after issuance of notice, as well as by email.
