NO. 50/2021 Coram : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) Dated : 15/07/2025 This application is filed by the applicant for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner Mahendrakumar s/o Kunjilal Agrawal on record. It is stated in the application the petitioner expired on 17/09/2024 leaving behind his heirs. Death Certificate is annexed with application. The application is supported by affidavit.

It is seen that the petitioner expired on 17/09/2024 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 19/11/2024 i.e.

within time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the applicant to bring the legal heirs of the aforesaid deceased petitioner on record. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
