This is an application for speaking to the minutes in respect of the order dated 06.09.2024. Inadvertently, in the last line of paragraph 3, the designation of the Judge is mentioned as "District Judge-17", whereas it should be "District Judge-13". 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

In paragraph 3 of the order dated 06.09.2024, the designation "District Judge-17" be replaced with "District Judge-13".

The said correction be carried out and the corrected order be uploaded.
