The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the address of the non-applicant no. 1 mentioned in the Civil Revision Application is the same which is appearing in the plaint. According to him, if permission is granted to serve by all other mode, he will serve the non-applicant no. 1.

Issue fresh notice the non-applicant no. 1, returnable on 29.08.2025.

In addition to regular mode of service, permission to serve the non-applicant no. 1 by all other permissible modes is granted.
