By consent of both parties, present Review Petitions are disposed of in following terms:- 2.1.

Order dated 16.08.2024 passed by this Court in M.C.A. No. 384 of 2023 is modified as follow:- 2.1.1. N.M. No. 1126/2016 be heard by the Bombay City Civil Court at Fort, Mumbai.

901. CIVIL RPV 4-2024 & 3-2024.docx 2.1.2. The said N.M. No. 1126/2016 is expedited and to be disposed of on or before 28.02.2025.

2.1.3. Both parties to co-operate and to appear before the Hon'ble Judge Bombay City Civil Court who is seized of the matter on 29.11.2024 which is the next date.

2.1.4. The stay granted by this Court on 02.09.2024 to continue till disposal of the N.M.No. 1126/2016 and for six weeks thereafter. 3.

With the above direction, both the Review Petitions are disposed.
