The application is supported by affidavit. Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The appellant is permitted to incorporate the new name of Deputy Director of respondent no. 2 as "Dr. Kanchan d/o Narayanrao Wanere" by deleting the name of "Dr.

Vanita Jain". Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the petition. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable in six weeks.
