CAN No. 32/2024 in C.P. No. 37/2024 In Writ Petition No. 4603/2014 (D) Coram : I/c Registrar (Judicial) Dated : 10.04.2024 By this application, the applicant/petitioner prays for substitute the name of officer incharge of respondent no.4 by way of amendment.

It is stated in the application that as per the bailiff report, the notice to the respondent no. 4 is received back unserved since the Assistant Director Vijay Shende is presently not working in the respondent no. 4 department and came to be transferred to Pune office.

Thus, the applicant is furnishing the name of Shri Ashish B. More who is presently Assistant Director of respondent no.4. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Permission is granted to substitute/incorporate the name of the newly appointed Assistant Director of the respondent no.4 in the cause title.

Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the petition. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within six weeks.
